Please read carefully before making a reservation at LuzVida Guesthouses
Check-in time is from 13h00 and check-out is strictly at 10h00. Late check-out may be arranged at R100 per hour. Stays exceeding 3 hours past check-out will be charged the full daily rate.
All guests must present valid identification upon arrival. Accepted documents include a Passport, Driver’s License, or South African ID.
Reservations are only confirmed once full payment or agreed deposit has been received. Rooms are not guaranteed without payment confirmation.
Full payment for events or functions must be made at least 5 working days prior to the event date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of all arrangements.
Cancellations made 7 days before arrival may qualify for a partial refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Guests are expected to respect other residents. No smoking inside rooms. Any damage to property will be charged to the guest responsible.
LuzVida Guesthouses is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests use the property at their own risk.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay in cases of misconduct or violation of house rules.
